高乐，男，汉族，1994年5月生，中共党员，工学博士，讲师；2024年9月至今在兰州理工大学奔驰宝马3555新网站应用化学系从事教学科研工作。主要研究方向是电催化电解水；电化学储能材料；第一性原理计算对材料的结构预测和机理解释。目前已在Coordination Chemistry Reviews, Chemical Engineering Journal, Journal of Colloid and Interface Science等期刊发表多篇论文，其中第一作者（含共一）发表论文6篇。
